First, big thanks to Matt for his honest assessment, proposal, and discussion on Thursday, 7/10/25.
Next, a big thank you to Jonathan for his scheduled HVAC visit on 7/11/25 and his assessment of the "sudden" pool of water under our twenty-four-year-old, AO Smith water heater.

Special thanks to Dylan, our installer, who was focused, professional, and answered all of our questions. He was well assisted by Dylan ( see the picture we took for Casey to like) throughout the morning and also answered some important questions. Together, they were a reputable and professional team who lent their personal strengths of character and skill to an important job— this is something we have not seen much in the last few years, anywhere.
