AC was down due to a lightning strike. Called Comfort Air just before noon and their technician, Brandon, arrived within a few hours. He was an extremely personable young man, exuded energy and, most importantly, appears to be very competent since he diagnosed the problem and had it resolved within 30 minutes. Additional work needs to be completed but will have to wait until significant damage to our overall electrical system is addressed. We will certainly reach out to Comfort Air when the electrical work is completed to be sure our HVAC system is fully restored and working at its best.

Comfort Now installed a ductless mini split HVAC system in our shore house. The whole process was an excellent experience. The office staff, sales staff and especially the installers were excellent. Our AC wasn’t working, so Brandon came to see what was happening. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us a through estimate, and gave our system what it needed to work, even though more is needed for a full fix. He explained what he would still need to do to fully remedy the problem and explained the situation thoroughly. They did come out the day we called. Air conditioner was not working. They charged $119 destination charge. He diagnosed the problem after 20 minutes. The circuit breaker was off. Final cost was $308. Which I considered overpriced for the time he spent here without no parts replacement.
