Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) Program

Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) program is designed to help small businesses and organizations use less and save more. We make improving your business’s energy efficiency easy and affordable, helping you save now and for the long haul.

1. With the SBDI program, you can: Receive financial incentives for installing energy-saving equipment Reduce maintenance costs and extend equipment life
2. Enhance visibility indoors and outdoors
3. Improve indoor air quality
4. Create a more comfortable environment for customers and staff
5. The program includes a no-cost, on-site energy assessment of your facility, performed Comfort Now By Bob McAllister
6. After the assessment, you will receive customized recommendations for ways to save more energy, as well as detailed cost estimates for any relevant energy efficiency improvement projects

Cash incentives: With the SBDI program you pay only the portion of project costs not covered by incentives, allowing you to invest those savings back into your business. These incentives may cover up to 80% of the total project costs, depending on the project’s energy savings and cost effectiveness. There is no need to pay for the entire project and then wait for reimbursement.

Financial Incentives Cover a Variety of Equipment Upgrades

• Lighting retrofits, including fixtures, sensors, and controls
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including Programmable Thermostats and other controls
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• Motors

Eligible Customers
