Ethan is a good tech. This was for the Contract summer AC check up. It was like 90* that day and he did call to ask if we could move it above the 12 to 4 appt to before noon. I understood hot weather = more calls. So we worked it out and got it done. He took the time to check the system and was done fairly quick. He was the same one that did the winter service.👍🏻

Installed our heating and air system in the blizzard of 2022. They shoveled our sidewalk of 18 inches of snow to enter the house and also shoveled a path in the back where air compressors were to be installed. They installed a tankless hot water heater which needed to be repaired recently due to the manufacturer having an issue and replacing a A bad circuit board. All staff are professional, courteous, and always on time. I recommend if you’re going to replace your heating air system it’s worth your while giving this company the opportunity to earn your business.

On the weekend before Memorial Day weekend, we learned that our HVAC was out at our OC condo. Talk about bad timing - holiday weekend a week away, beginning of the season when contractors were overwhelmed with service calls - and friends from England flying in to spend the holiday with us. On Monday I called Comfort Now. By Monday afternoon, I had quotes for a new system - thank you Ryan - and on Thursday we had a new HVAC system - which has toggled back and forth perfectly through the up and down weather. Comfort Now was responsive and efficient and great to work with. They communicated perfectly - again, Ryan thank you - putting us completely at ease and taking a huge worry and transforming it into a problem solved. Joe started his day at 730 sharp as agreed upon, good for us, we are up early. Very polite and hard worker. Very careful to protect our floors, covering them. My air-conditioned went down on a Friday night I made the call to Comfort Now and Bob returned my call Saturday morning and within 2 hours the technician was here and fixed the problem. I really appreciate the quick response and service.Just had my heater serviced. The technician serviced and explained all that he did and what needed to be done in the future. The service was great.I needed to reschedule my heater service because my heater was acting up so I called to have a technician come out and check it outHe came out the next day and was very pleasant. He did my heater service and explained everything to my wife. It was great.I love the service.

My HVAC system died during the month of July. Not only did the customer rep call me in a Sunday afternoon to arrange for a visit, but the salesperson offered to put a window unit until a new HVAC system is installed. They were both very courteous, respectful, and aware of the fact that this was an emergency. The unit is scheduled to be installed within a week. Other companies told me I would have to wait between two and a half and four weeks and they never offered any help to deal with the current temperature (90s)! I definitely recommend this company. Also, their prices were quite comparable with other companies.

Highly recommend the Comfort Now / Polar Bear team for any HVAC needs. They respond quickly and their experienced technicians quickly address any problems or concerns.I want to make a special menton of their technician Carl who has been to our family's property across many years for routine seasonal maintenance and other site visits. He stands out with being polite, being very experienced, and great customer service skills leaving a lasting positive opinion about him and the company. While everyone from Comfort Now / Polar Bear has been pleasant to meet, Carl definitely deserves special praise!
