He was knowledgeable regarding all the replacement components and able to provide explanations in terms we could understand. We also appreciated that he accommodated our request for a “loaner” of a small AC window unit to carry us through until our installation date. We were experiencing a heat wave with no AC and my husband is a cardiac patient, so It was a life saver for us both.
