“So while we were away, Comfort Now decided to put our up & downstairs heaters in. They arrived after it had snowed 18 inches only to see on my ring two men shoveling my walk so to get into my home. The next 3 1/2 days they installed our to heaters along with adding an extra air return and exhaust PVP lines that ran to the outside of our home. In the meantime, they also had to shovel a path to be able to install our u p and downstairs air conditioner compressors. When we arrive home, we found that our home was as clean as it was when we left.
If you don’t find that this company, Comfort Now, goes above and beyond to please their clients, nothing does.
Bob, Joe, and Mike did an outstanding job for us and I’m sure anyone who chooses Comfort Now for their heating and cooling system will be as satisfied as we are.”

“Mid-day on Friday, December 24, I realized my furnace wasnot working. After going through a few numbers, Bob McAllister answered the phone. He listened intentionally and set up an emergency visit for that afternoon! Ryan showed up timely, and assessed the situation. My old furnace needed to be replaced. Bob's easy to understand email that included my options was sent out on SUNDAY! The techs Brett and Colin arrived on Tuesday morning, earlier than on time and were professional, polite and easy to talk to. They walked me through the steps, laid a runner on the floor to the work area and at my request wore foot covers that they remembered to take off when they went outside. The job was completed with a through informational just in time my guests arrival.
Because my hot-water heater and AC were aged too, I requested replacements. On Wednesday Chris and David worked together to replace both units. They offered me the same excellent service. They were mindful of my request for shoe covering, Chris CLEANED OUT the hot-water heater closet before installing the new one and completed their work by mid-day!
As a customer service professional trainer I have never experienced or seen such high level work ethic, courtesy toward the customer and obvious pride in their workmanship!

“Bob has an awesome team, starting with his office personal, Staci in particular this time, that makes sure that appointments are performed in a quick and professional manner. we have had a few of his technicians visit for everything from major repairs on a complex heating system, to routine check ups. This winter check up was performed by Greg and he did a super job. we are also looking for their help in upgrading our 35 year old AC equipment and a whole hose generator.”
