Maintenance Scheduling

We recommend tune-ups in the fall for heating equipment and in springtime for cooling systems. You can schedule maintenance without joining a plan, but we also recognize how easy it is to forget about seasonal checkups until it is too late and your system needs repair. 

You will never worry about forgetting to schedule maintenance if you join one of our HVAC plans because we remind you when it is time for your system’s preseason checkup.

You pencil the time and date on your calendar and leave the maintenance work to our capable technicians. Preseason scheduling is available with all our plans.

In addition to our 21-point checkups, all plans offer condensate treatment and a new air filter.  Three of our programs include burner cleaning, and our top tier also covers blower wheel cleaning.

We value customer loyalty and include a $25-$75 credit annually toward equipment replacement. The credit accumulates as you maintain your annual membership.
