Carlos came and inspected my unit and found out that the unit was fine, but there was another problem he uncovered that required service from someone else. he took this time to explain to me what the issue was. He even drew a diagram so I would understand how my plumbing and hot water heating system worked. He went out of his way to make sure we had a viable solution to our problem.
