Warranties do not apply to disposable parts, parts that need periodic replacement like filters, pads, refrigerant levels, parts that by their nature are in contact with water, parts that fail due to external conditions like flooding, lightning, wind, power surges, or animals, or work done by others that may impact the equipment.
