Comfort Now By Bob McAllister

I highly suggest you use this company for your Furnace, Ac, and Tankless Hot water heater installation. Chris and David were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped answer any and all questions my wife and I had. I received quotes from 3 other companies- which were A nightmare due to their employees not even knowing the HVAC systems they were trying to sell. But Comfort Now employees knew everything inside out! They did not try to sell me on a specific system, but instead understood my needs and concerns for my home, and offered suggestions and solutions to meet the needs for my family and my home! There is nothing better than to have peace of mind when you decide to replace your entire HVAC systems in your home! This was a large investment, so it pays to have confidence in the company and team you decide to hire 100%! The system was installed exactly when scheduled, and I truly believe David and Chris went above and beyond to address other issues in my home that was not necessarily in the scope of their contract, but helped me to address these issues regardless.

I contracted with Comfort Now to replace an existing, foreign brand, hi-velocity heat pump system with a Unico system using a Bosch inverter heat pump. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Comfort Now team, from the sales tech, Joe, to the installation crew, CJ, Connor, and head tech Ryan. These guys worked together like a well oiled machine from demo of the old system, to building solid attic infrastructure supporting the new system, to final installation, testing and clean-up. Along the way they were able to show and explain some of the flaws with the installation of the previous system that resulted in early failure and many cold winters and hot summers for my family. The Comfort Now system is working great! Highly recommended.

17:12 29 Oct 26

AC was down due to a lightning strike. Called Comfort Air just before noon and their technician, Brandon, arrived within a few hours. He was an extremely personable young man, exuded energy and, most importantly, appears to be very competent since he diagnosed the problem and had it resolved within 30 minutes. Additional work needs to be completed but will have to wait until significant damage to our overall electrical system is addressed. We will certainly reach out to Comfort Air when the electrical work is completed to be sure our HVAC system is fully restored and working at its best.

14:57 28 Oct 26

Installed our heating and air system in the blizzard of 2022. They shoveled our sidewalk of 18 inches of snow to enter the house and also shoveled a path in the back where air compressors were to be installed. They installed a tankless hot water heater which needed to be repaired recently due to the manufacturer having an issue and replacing a A bad circuit board. All staff are professional, courteous, and always on time. I recommend if you’re going to replace your heating air system it’s worth your while giving this company the opportunity to earn your business.

Had a new HVAC system installed yesterday with Omar doing the job along with Charles. Omar was knowledgeable in his explanation of what he was doing when I asked questions & he spent extra time correcting a problem with a system that was installed before my ownership. He took pride in his work & both men were very polite. They arrived promptly & cleaned up after finishing their work in my condo.Everyone that I have worked with at Comfort Now has been great with Matt helping me thru the process of choosing a new HVAC system suitable for the condo & the courteous office staff with scheduling & follow-up.Oct 27, 2026I had the fall/winter maintenance done today under the service agreement that I have thru Comfort Now. Their technician Brandon was good at communicating his arrival time by text & phone. He had a polite mannerism & explained what he had done upon finishing the job with the HVAC system which was purchased thru Comfort Now. Also, I have been happy with the ease of scheduling with their office personnel & any follow up.
