“On the recommendation of a friend, Chad came out to give me an estimate for replacing my heat pump HVAC system. He took a lot of time evaluating what I had, measuring the current unit equipment and space where the equipment would go. He was the only one of the three contractors who gave me estimates that looked at the current vents and air returns. In addition, this is for a condo and the heat pump is on the roof, Chad was the one contractor who invited me up to the roof to see the condition of the current equipment. Chad explained options and why he would or wouldn’t recommend certain equipment. I liked that he educates his customers so that you can be confident with your choices. At the end of the appointment he left me with several options to consider. Comfort Now’s pricing was competitive with one other estimate I received but the equipment was superior and Comfort Now’s price on almost identical equipment of a different competitor was significantly lower. I was so impressed that I set an appointment for Chad to give me an estimate for another property with an aging system. Chad was equally thorough in his evaluation and recommendations for that property. The estimates were detailed, the paperwork was processed quickly and easily and I was called to schedule the jobs promptly. I am looking forward to the installation and future service being equally professional and positive.”
