“Mid-day on Friday, December 24, I realized my furnace wasnot working. After going through a few numbers, Bob McAllister answered the phone. He listened intentionally and set up an emergency visit for that afternoon! Ryan showed up timely, and assessed the situation. My old furnace needed to be replaced.
