Yesterday Jonathan performed a service call to investigate and remedy a problem we were experiencing with both of our heat pumps in that neither were producing cool air. Jonathan arrived within the advised time period was very professional and courteous and quickly determined that the problem was with our new thermostats which were installed in February of this year. Both had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Apparently, this was not an isolated occurrence with this type of thermostat.
While I was very happy with the prompt response and professional service provided my Jonathan, who is a credit to your organization, I'm disappointed that these somewhat unreliable thermostats were installed back in January. We are not full-time residents of Sea Isle so a malfunction in the winter like we recently experienced could have had very expensive consequences as a result of potential property damage.
As the replacements are by the same manufacturer but of a newer model we have our fingers crossed that these will perform in a more reliable fashion.”
